The Management Institute of Durgapur (MID), an institute of repute under the Rahul Foundation, was established in 2003. The college is affiliated with the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT), formerly known as the West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT). MID offers undergraduate courses such as Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), Bachelor of Hospital Management (BHM), and Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT).

The college has a glorious academic tradition. Our alumni are working in many prestigious organizations such as Indian Space Research Organisation, Tata Consultancy Services, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Deloitte, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Bandhan Bank, Fortis Healthcare, and several reputed hospitals and organizations.

The renowned historian Arnold J. Toynbee once said, “Of twenty-one notable civilizations, nineteen perished not from conquest from without but from decay from within.” This reminds us that the quality of our lives determines our future.
